Gloria Steinem: My life on the road

International feminist icon Gloria Steinem will visit the UK for the first time in 20 years to mark the start of Cambridge Literary Festival's spring season.

Gloria Steinem is one of the most important, radical and controversial feminist voices of the 20th and 21st centuries: no single female figure has revolutionised the women's equality movement quite like her At the other end of the revolutionary spectrum, social media phenomenon and Founder of Everyday Sexism Project Laura Bates has recently emerged as a new wave feminist force, inspiring young women to speak up against sexism. Together, these two radical voices from two very different eras will discuss Steinem's latest book, My Life on the Road.

Billed as one of the most hotly anticipated conversations of 2016, tickets to this unique, thought-provoking and enlightening discussion are bound to get snapped up fast, so don't delay!
